We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our services. However, we always care for our clients.

If the Module you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request before the Module starting date. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased your course and other factors. No refund is due to you if module is started as time limit has passed.

However, if you are not able to get the module due to any reason, you can write us to services@surtams.com before starting of the module. 

Refund time will depend upon the mode of payment you made and capabilities of our payment processing partners.
